As your birth doula, I am here to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labour, and postpartum journey. My role is to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and confident. I’ll be by your side to offer comfort techniques, guidance, and encouragement. I also serve as a calm presence, helping to create a positive, nurturing environment that supports your choices and helps you feel in control.
*Package includes 2 prenatal sessions, unlimited support via text or phone until 6 weeks postpartum, lactation support, TENS machine, access to lending library,

Birth Photography
Birth is one of life’s most profound and transformative moments, and I believe it deserves to be captured in all its raw, beautiful detail.
With a calm, unobtrusive approach, I blend into the background, allowing you to experience your birth without distraction, while ensuring that each precious moment is preserved. Whether it's the first glance between partners, the anticipation of the birth team, or the magical moment your
baby enters the world, I’ll be there to capture it all.
* I join once you are in active labour at home or in the hospital and stay for about an hour afterwards.

My 3 hour birth planning sessions are designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence you need for your birth journey. We’ll dive into prenatal education, covering everything from labor stages to pain relief options, and work together to create a personalized birth plan that aligns with your unique vision. Whether you're aiming for a natural birth or exploring other options, I’ll guide you through the process and ensure you're prepared for whatever comes your way. These sessions are all about helping you feel informed, supported, and ready for the experience ahead.

I offer a complimentary consultation to help you decide if we’re the right fit for each other. We connect for a 20-30 minutes long call and we’ll discuss your birth preferences, how I can support you as a doula or photographer, and any questions you may have.
It’s a relaxed, no pressure opportunity for us to connect and ensure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.
